Baancomplete 0.2

I just pushed version 0.2 to github and vim.org.

Main changes:

• gen_api.py improvements: It is now possible to load tabledefinitions into the api file.
• changed directory layout, so it’s easier to use with pathogen.
• AutoComplPop gets configured accordingly if installed.

So far it has been working fine for me. If you have any suggestions go ahead and fill an issue at github. I appreciate any feedback (even negative!)
